Refund policy

At MMMM Good Foods, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products and stand behind every order. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want every customer to have a great experience.


RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

You can reach us by emailing info@mmmmgoodfoods.com, or by submitting an inquiry through our Contact Us page.

We accept returns of products as long as they are still in their original bags and properly packaged to ensure they are not damaged during return shipping.

Original shipping charges and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is determined to be the result of our error (for example, if you receive the wrong or a damaged item).


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

REPLACEMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if possible. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
